The “Entremuros” house, designed by BASSICO ARQUITECTOS, presents an impeccable development with an H-shaped layout. This strategic design allows the integration of the wing that houses the service and parking modules with the social area, acting as an articulating axis between the spaces and the volume of rooms. We proudly present this house as a design and construction reference to our new clients due to its high-quality design and excellent cost-benefit ratio in construction.

Function

The “Entremuros” house is spread over an area of 300m2, distributing its spaces among service areas, a dining room, two bedrooms, and a study. The main advantage of this layout is that, being on a single level, the social area with its central axis achieves a seamless integration with two linear volumes that house the service spaces and the bedrooms. This configuration offers a functional and cohesive distribution, efficiently utilizing every corner of the house.

The design of this house stands out for its single-level layout and the way the roofs, with their rusted metal horizontal stripes, harmoniously integrate the entire volumetric composition. The choice of materials on the facade, the textures of wooden ceilings, and the wooden accents play a crucial role in enhancing the spaces and establishing a seamless connection with the surrounding environment and landscape. The house becomes a perfect symbiosis with its natural surroundings, showcasing a masterful balance between its design and the nature that surrounds it.
